These general terms apply to all commissions unless otherwise stated in the commission listing or accepted proposal. Any policies or protections provided by the payment platform used will also apply.

By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

I reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside my boundaries or that I do not feel comfortable completing.

The commission will be based on the information and references provided in the original request. Significant additions or changes to the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

I draw: Humans and humanoids, furry and anthro characters, animals, OCs, fanart, couples, ships, and SFW yume ships / self-ships / OC × canon.

I don’t draw: NSFW, hate content, photorealism, graphic gore, or mecha.

Full payment is required upfront through the agreed payment method or commission platform. Work will begin after payment has been confirmed.

Two rounds of revisions are included during the sketch stage. Minor adjustments may be requested during rendering, but major changes after sketch approval may require an additional fee and extend the delivery time.

Corrections to details included in the original brief but missed by me will not count as revisions.

A full refund will be issued if the client cancels before work has begun. Cancellations during the sketch stage may receive a partial refund based on the work completed.

Refunds are not available after sketch approval, except where required by the payment platform’s protection policies.

If I am unable to complete the commission, the client will receive a full refund.

Turnaround time and the official deadline will be established in the commission listing or accepted proposal.

Any specific deadline must be disclosed before payment. Rush requests may require an additional fee and are subject to availability.

Delayed feedback, incomplete references, or client-requested changes may extend the delivery timeline.

The final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG. Layered files, editable source files, and specialized print preparation are not included unless agreed upon before payment.

The standard personal license covers non-commercial and non-monetized use, including personal social media, profile pictures, wallpapers, and personal prints.

Commercial use requires a separate license and must be discussed before the commission is accepted. The intended project, platforms, products, and approximate scope must be disclosed.

I retain the copyright and authorship of the commissioned artwork. Commercial licenses do not include exclusivity or copyright transfer unless separately agreed upon.

The client retains ownership of their original characters and concepts and confirms that they have permission to use any characters, logos, designs, or references provided.

Credit as Sunissea / @sunissea is required for public use.

Cropping, resizing, adding text, and reasonable layout adjustments are allowed. Tracing, redrawing, recoloring, or materially altering the artwork requires permission.

The artwork may not be resold or redistributed as-is, sublicensed, used for AI training or generative AI modifications, or associated with NFTs, blockchain projects, or cryptocurrency-related products.

I may display commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on social media. Public previews may be watermarked.

Requests for confidentiality or delayed posting must be discussed and approved before payment.

Updates, revisions, approvals, and changes to the agreed scope must be communicated through the commission platform or contact method established for the project.

By purchasing an adoptable, you agree to the following:

Full payment is required upfront.

The design will be delivered after payment is confirmed.

All adoptable sales are final and non-refundable.

You will receive personal-use rights to the character design.

You may:

Modify the design (outfits, colors, etc.).

Use the character for personal art, social media, and roleplay.

Please credit me as the original designer when possible.

You may not claim that you created the original design.

Commercial use is not included.

A commercial-use license may be purchased separately.

This includes usage for monetized content such as VTubers, comics, or merchandise.

You may resell, trade, or gift the character.

Do not resell for a higher price unless additional artwork is included.

If obtained via trade or art, resale value should match the original base value.

If ownership changes, informing me is appreciated.

I reserve the right to cancel a sale if issues occur (e.g. non-payment or lack of response).
